After reading through the 18 comments, I’m now leaning toward it being not only our own govt doing it but doing so to expand their authorities. # 18 seems most plausible and most like our govt to scare people into expanding their power. Getting around wire tapping laws? I hope they don’t fall for this and expand or extend those powers.

Also, one flew over my car, I have a Honda, it was as big as the roof, 5 points and slow! It hummed casually over my car. There was no substance coming out of it there were no bright lights. No alien invasion, just another scare tactic.
