It's not quite the same as the signed marking, or portending, events like the Passover, for which they had to observe the stages of the moon, to mark their calendars, to insure it was the correct date. We see ignored in Exodus in Pharaohs court, and again in Nebuchadnezzar's in Daniel's book, and in neither is it condoned. The only time we see it not condemned is in the instance of the Magi noting the "star" marking the arrival of the Messiah, and following it to Him, something I believe Daniel imparted to the Chaldeans over whom Nebuchadnezzar had given him charge, centuries before. Otherwise the prohibition of seeking out foreknowledge was firm, outside His prophesied word. So, while it may have some meaning to practitioners of astrology, does...even should... it have any meaning to us? I believe the Bible's answer would be no.

Astronomers base their studies on research and observation. Astrology, on the other hand, is the belief that the positioning of the stars and planets affect the way events occur on earth."
So what does it mean if anything that Bibi and Ali Khamenei were born under the same eclipse.
This idea of being born under the same eclipse does come under the preview of astrology and we as Christians should stay away from it as sin. It has nothing to do with what God is doing and How he works. 1 John 4:1 Deut. 18:9-14.
