You need to do your homework on the safety and effectiveness of covid vaccines. There's lots of data, facts and information to strongly suggest they are NOT safe or effective, and, in fact, may be dangerous to one's health. I.e., they may degrade or weaken one's natural immune system. Of course, you won't find any of this discussed in MSM or governmental sources because it's counter to the "official" narrative. My strongest recommendation is to become a skeptic rather than to believe anything and everything the MSM and/or the government feeds you. We need more wolves, not sheep!!

I believe that this new Covid variant is a cover for the vast number of vaxed individuals who are losing their immune systems. You may not know it, but the reason they didn't study the mRNA "vaccines" in animals, was not because they were in a hurry. No, no. They didn't do it because, a couple of decades ago, when they tried it, all of the critters DIED. Yup, they all croaked. You see their life spans are shorter than ours, so the side effects happen more rapidly. We are in for a rough ride.
That being said, these scientists act like isolating, culturing and genome sequencing a virus is like taking a PCR test (which was never designed to detect disease, by the way). Here's how it really is:

Anyhoo, scientists should not be sitting in bio labs, messing around with dangerous pathogens, let alone some kid in Russia. There was a movie entitled "13 Monkeys", which was later made into a TV series (on Hulu) about a group who decided to de-populate the earth with a pathogen. It worked, but a few people were immune. They built a time machine to go back and try to prevent the whole thing from happening. I hope that's not a time we're entering into.
Anyone who continues to take their tox shots should have their heads examined. There is just too much evidence at this point that they are not only ineffective, but quite dangerous.

Maybe covid has made us complacent since for most people it’s just a tempest in a teapot and variants are generally more endemic but less deadly. What do we do about these predictions for other manmade viruses?

The number of security guards ( usually in blue states) that were killed enforcing mask mandates was crazy. My fear is that the trust in the gov't is so low that if there really is a threat no one will believe them.

The sad part of this whole saga is ivermectin. I am a pharmacist and after doing some research and experimenting on myself, I have ascertained that ivermectin cures all viruses. Of course, even though it's very safe (OTC worldwide -except the US), no doctor will prescribe it and no pharmacy will fill it. I've determined that the readily available horse paste works quite well. Just multiply your weight by .75 and give that amount (marked on the plunger). It does taste nasty, but no more being sick for weeks. I just take a dose at the first sign of illness. An hour later, my symptoms are gone. No more masks, vaxes or fear.
My neighbor is the only one I know that they had prescriptions from their primary doctor. My husband tried to get some online without any luck I was able to get some from seven cells thanks to Daniel Horowitz podcast. 👍
