DEI is making it difficult, too. My dad was forced into early retirement because 1) he wouldn't take the jab, and 2) he opposed the hiring policies they were enforcing, which were discriminatory towards white males. He was a manager and couldn't hire white males, even if they were the most qualified/educated. Then, he was told he could not *promote* white males, even if they had completed a master's degree and been promised a promotion once it was completed. He retired in early '21, so this has been going on for years and it's reaching its peak. No wonder planes are falling apart midair nowadays!

My first thought was to make a joke about a pilot announcing we are going to have a crash landing; Ladies and gentlemen, this USA flt 2024. Despite all the govt. planning, we were told we had enough fuel to get home, but they lied to you. We are crashing because we have run out of gas. But don't you worry we know what we are doing and I promise even though we will crash it will be a very soft landing/crash. Please fasten your seat belts to prepare to survive this crash, uh soft landing. Is everyone strapped in? Good! The truth is it really won't help much, maybe, but please feel good about the fact that least they will find your eviscerated, ah healthy body strapped to the wreckage and you can die ah survive knowing you did everything you could to survive the crash/soft landing. If the cabin loses air pressure your air mask will drop for you to put it on. These are new masks developed by Pfizer to make your time of dying, ah flying more sure but more comfortable. This is a govt run flight so don't expect any help when we hit the ground, everyone here is not well trained and is here for their pension only and since you are all going to die, uh survive, it's really everyone for themselves.

At about 1000 feet I will put the plane on auto pilot to slow the plan as much as possible, so we the crew can bail out with our parachutes, so you guys can get bailed in. I think the technical aviation term for that is "screwed." They told us if we did this well and survived we would pilot and crew a whole new fleet of govt planes that are coming after the crash in fact we were told we would all be promoted to Comrade 1st class. . Oh and since your now nicely strapped in, don't waist your time trying to undo your seat belts, they are AI controlled and now can not be unfastened. Oh well, try to make this the best day of your life, because it will be your last. See you on the other side, someday maybe, bye bye all.

Down here in Texas if you're not a fluent spanish speaker and related to a crew boss on a construction site (which means you're not white) you don't have a prayer of landing a construction job. And if somehow you did, the above-mentioned crew boss would feel himself entitled to a percentage of your earnings if you really want to keep the job.
