Sounds great! Good luck with that. They don't have hurricanes in that area of the country so you should be OK. Maybe tornadoes occasionally but that's mostly the midwest and even that's like getting struck by lightning, not something you have to worry about.
That dude’s instagram is wild. I have to disagree about living in a small apartment though. I lived in a 250sf studio apartment once to save money. Rents are super high where I live. It has a kitchen and bathroom and I could do everything I need to do. It’s not unpleasant, but it’s not for family life, that’s for sure. We definitely need more affordable housing, everyone seems to agree with that. It’s how it is accomplished when the disagreement comes up.
It's actually a tale of millions of Americas. From living under a bridge in a cardboard box to living in a 20,000 square foot mansion, there is everything in between. Who knows exactly why people become homeless? Everyone has a story.
Most of the bigger cities are liberal bastions. That explains many of the living conditions at the fringes. You don't have to live under liberal rule.
I agree to live a tiny house, because I came from Japan. American tiny houses are bigger than Japanese tiny house.
Only I concern they are ok if hurricane hit them?
Probably okay unless it’s a mobile home. Does it have a foundation or a basement?
They don't have any basement.
I didn't think it.
My plan is A house with a basement and a large garden first, and then buy tiny house for teens in the future.
I found good prices real estates in little falls, NY.

Thank you for your wisdom for me.
How are the rich not taxed?
The No. 1 reason most billionaires pay a surprisingly low amount of taxes is because many don't have much income at all. Instead, their wealth is tied up in stock and other assets. Under U.S. tax law, you don't pay any tax on investment gains until you sell, no matter how much they've gone up. https://www.fool.com/the-ascent/taxes/articles/here-are-8-ways-the-richest-americans-avoid-paying-taxes/#:~:text=The%20No.,much%20they've%20gone%20up.
They also hide their money and profits in ‘foundations’. Like Bill Gates.
