All of Israel's infrastructure and all Govt and public buildings were built with donated western banking money. In the center of the Tel-Aviv financial district they celibate this support by a street named Rothschild Blvd.
(The vast majority of Israelis are non-religious, very secular and very progressive/liberal. This is being pushed by the rise of Christianity (their own olive tree Rom 11) and the rise of Orthodox Jews in politics, Israel is becoming divided in these 3 ways and are as divided as we are).
Jesus said to Israel, "I have come in my Father's name and you (Israel) have rejected me, one will come in His own name (the name and sign of man) and him you will embrace" (as the real Jewish Messiah) the Anti-Christ (John 2:18). That has not happened yet and is to come, it's the very center of the Book of Revelation.
When Jesus was asked what His second coming and the end of "the church" age will look like, Jesus told them that before He comes one would come claiming to be the real Jesus and He would come with signs and wonders so close to the real thing even the elect could be fooled if possible (and Israel would embrace).
So what were Jesus' signs that will be imitated? Healing the sick, raising the dead and casting out demons. Remember "Satan comes masquerading as an angel of light (Jesus)" What he will offer will taste just like honey from the comb, Ps 14 & 114, but will turn bitter in the stomach (poison). A massive deception for the church, Israel and the world), Rev 10.
In these last days what are the "signs" we are to look for and see to prove Jesus is real and coming? Jesus said, War, famine, earthquakes, The persecution of the Church; Matt 24, Rev 13 Daniel 7. Because of this there will be a great apostasy (falling away) in the church, agape love will wain and hate will rise. The few who persevere to the end will be saved (Matt 7:14) (the true church) in agape love will preach the gospel to the whole world.
The real signs of God's work will be seen in the Sun the Moon and the Stars (This article is it!).
The world will seek peace and safety (in the Anti-Christ) for the world will run after him because of His signs and wonders just like Jesus' (Matt 24) and even raising from the dead (just like Jesus) Rev 13. What seems like honey from God turns bitter in the stomach (sudden destruction comes: mark of the beast, destruction of Mystery Babylon and Armageddon).
Jesus said in John; "Truly, truly I say to you, the one who believes in Me, the works that I do, he will do also; and greater works than these he will do; because I am going to the Father.
The key is going to the Father and the subsequent giving of the Holy Spirit that circumcises the heart. This miracle of God gives a spirit of Agape love, something I could never do on my own. We will be known to the world not by signs and wonders but the greater gifts than signs and wonders, and that is
Faith Hope and Agape love, but the greatest gift of the Holy Spirit is agape love. These are the greater works done with the greater gifts. We will be known for our Agape love not the sign gifts.
The Corinthian church was enamored with the "sign gifts." Paul in his first letter, gently tells them all the gifts to the church even the gift of hospitality and gifts of service are all equal and equally needed and distributed as God chooses. He ends this with 1 Cor 12:31-13:1
But eagerly desire the "GREATER GIFTS (of the Holy Spirit), and I will show you the MOST EXCELLENT WAY (of the Holy Spirit is to be eagerly desired is to be zealous and to covet above all gifts, most excellent.
So what are the greater works we do than signs and wonders? It's the miracles of faith hope and love but the greatest is agape love. The Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin when they see our agape love. Jesus said we are to be known for our agape love for one another not the sign gifts.
In chapter 13 Paul said I can have all the sign and miraculous powers of the Spirit, but If I don not have agape love, I am nothing. The greatest witness to the world is not signs and wonders, because Jesus warned us those things can be imitated (Exodus 7). Just a Pharoh's magicians imitated God's real miracles via Moses so with the Anti-Christ will do the same. What he can not imitate is genuine agape love, 1 Cor 13:4-7. Since he can't imitate it, his only option is to try and destroy it. This is the sifting of the church Satan desires as he did with Peter. The result is only those who have true agape love that perseveres all things, to the end will be saved. These are the greatest miracles of all, the miracles of Fath hope and Love, but the greatest is love something Satan can not imitate in any way and the one gift of the spirit we are to seek above all other gifts, the most excellent way above all.
