It is easy to see how far our compass is off. First, believers have been lead away by a mixture of old and new covenant theology which can only produce error. Carnal minded "christians" support much that is taught against by Christ because of having one foot as following the false idea that we can think nationally sometimes, and we can abandon His teachings and revert to old covenant ways. Giving 10% of my proceeds from my Boeing and Ratheon stock doesn't offset the evil I am supporting.... The theft and violence is everywhere. The salt has lost its savor. The inside of our cup needs to be thoroughly cleansed, first.
II Thess. 2:10-12. 10And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: 12That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
And the reason people are dying all over the place may be to this,
First of All, have a very blessed and Joyous Easter celebration of our Lord's resurrection as we with endurance run this race in these days persevering in faith until He Comes Maranatha!
Could this be the real reason things are getting worse? Who is doing this, as Job learned the hard way for us?
Matt 13:10-16 it is Jesus who is blinding the eyes and dulling the ears of those who reject Him
2 Tim 3:1-5 The secular world will get worse and there will be false believers among the church.
(ah, the great sifting must come first via persecution & world's temptations) Matt 13:1-9, 18-23
2 Peter 3:2-8 (the great falling away, many lose heart for Lord's delayed coming and love grows cold because of severe persecution ,they forget what the Lord has said about perseverance.
But in the last days also when the Lord comes to establish His kingdom,
Micha 4:1-3
In the last days the Lord will return and He will establish His mountain, the world will come and the word goes out from Zion. Jerusalem.
Joel 2
describes the awful wrath of the Lord's army and an appeal to recent for what is coming. The Lord says he will restore Israel and repel her enemies and never again will my people (true Israel will never be ashamed again and afterwards He says I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh
Peter's reference in Acts 2 in the last days is a direct reference to Joel 2 war, Armageddon, restoration and the word goes out and the Spirit moves on all flesh.
Does it seem like we are now worse than Sodom and Gomorrah? We have grown men prancing around in women's underwear demanding to be allowed to read to the nation's children! What next? Legalize pedophilia? It will be ok as long as both parties consent. Who will care if the children have no idea what they're consenting to. So is God going to judge North America or will he resurrect Sodom and Gomorrah and apologize to them?
On another note, Happy Easter everyone! At least they can't take our hope in the resurrection of Jesus away.

Does it seem like we are now worse than Sodom and Gomorrah? We have grown men prancing around in women's underwear demanding to be allowed to read to the nation's children! What next?
