This reminds me of when I worked for Walgreens. We would come into work in the pharmacy in the morning to find that corporate had done a software update. Frequently, nothing worked and chaos would ensue.
I never understood why they couldn't do a better job of testing the programs before sending them out to all of the stores. But I was just a lowly pharmacist.
This issue, however, seems more intentional to me. We are due for a global financial reset. It's been planned for several years. The only way to eliminate the cabal is to take their money (and hence their power) away. I believe that the political upheaval we've seen in the last few weeks is part of it - the debate, Biden's cognitive decline, the assassination attempt on Trump, the RNC and now, Joe's possibly giving up the presidency.
Is this the beginning? We'll know soon. Here's the predicted chain of events.

I just had a horrifying thought. Just imagine next week. We aren't getting paychecks or direct deposits. We can't pay our bills or buy gas or groceries. Truckers quit delivering food and goods because they're not getting paid.. Everything is gone. The banks have no cash.
I'm going to the ATM and the gas station this morning. I have food. God help us!
It's part of this multi-layered war for control of the NWO and cyber-warfare is a big part. And if we are doing it to Russia and China you will not know because will never hear it in the news. So as this goes forward it will get worse.
