Scripture clearly says, that before the rapture 2 Thess 2:1-2, there must be 3 events that must take place first (before that happens), 2 Thess 2:3-5
1. The great falling away from the faith (apostasy) that has already begun.
2. The man of Lawlessness (the Antichrist-imitation/substitute Jewish messiah) comes.
3. He, the man of lawlessness declares himself to be God in the temple Matt 24:23-27
