The apocalypse is the 7 yr period sandwiched between the Ezekiel wa and the battle we call Armageddon. The conclusion of that battle, completes Yhwh God's judgment on humanity, and sets the stage for a millennium of peace and prosperity we haven't known since Eden, under the reign of the returned Jesus Christ.
That can't be; the 7 peace treaty precludes that, even though the man of perdition will break it himself at the halfway mark. Armageddon is a separate issue.
Please consider Revelation 20:7-8. Gog (Satan, the root) and Magog (his people) are at war with God at the end of the millennium. The Gog/Magog war presented in Scripture is the destruction by fire of the wicked (also see Malachi 4:1-3):

Whether we were to be here for any part of the Magog war was "up for grabs" in terms of the Church's location for it. That could go either way. All that must be in place 1st now is, for the rapture to occur. The Magog war is to create sufficient chaos to convince the "masses" to clamor for the 1world leader (man of perdition), and NWO gov't. It could or may be Amageddon may be the final battle of the Gog Magog war. It will be Biblical to see how this plays out. Watch and pray.
