So we don't have to die in sin and he rose from the dead, so that we may rise with Him who have faith in Him. So far as I understand prophecies, there's no real mention of America, or anyone from the west, related to the battle to come at Har Megiddo, unless we are counted among "the islands of the seas". We know a beast, prophetically speaking, represents a nation or kingdom (Daniel 7:17). In chapter 7 of his book, Daniel sees four beasts coming out of the sea of humanity (Is. 57:20; Rev. 17:15) whipped by the winds of strife (Is. 17:13; Hosea 8:7).
These four kingdoms are Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece, and Rome. Daniel 2 highlights the same kingdoms but uses metals. In the feet of the metal man of chapter 2 are clay and iron. So the iron of Rome continues, but it is mixed with clay.

The whole world was filled with wonder and followed the beast and worshiped him (as God). "All inhabitants of the earth will worship the beast"-(as the God of Heaven). (None of this has ever happened in history). He only has power for 42 months (the same time Jesus was on earth). Clearly this has not happened yet no one in history matches this. To understand scripture you must read it in context.
You were on a roll,' til you tied the US in on a real stretch. The US was "born" officially in 1776; even our Constitution was in place and operation a decade before 1798; that's closer to the Napoleonic empire than the US. for beginning, in the wake of the French Revolution and reign of terror under Robespierre. Some believe that the US fits Mystery Babylon, the whore riding the beast, and that is, at least remotely, possible, but even it's a stretch, with the economic centers actually being in Europe, specifically, the old Roman Empire, with the possible exception of the Bank of London, but who might fit the whore a bit better too.
We cannot be here, else the anti-Christ cannot rise; it's the Holy Spirit restraining his appearance as that person, and since He resides in every redeemed person, we must be moved out of the way for the 70th week of yrs to unfold. The Revelation has been unfolding but only the 1st 3 chapters regarding the Church on Earth. There's an excellent teaching video about this called "Before the Wrath", that you can get through Amazon or Vudu, which clarifies much of the confusion over this, based on Jesus' own teachings. There's another sound reason we are not to be here: the Church ( redeemed) are not appointed to wrath, what that 7 yrs is really all about, because we were judged at Cavalry, when Jesus took the penalty for us, and then we accepted that gift of redemption (being bought back) from our sins. It doesn't mean we get off scot free, we are having tribulation in the world now, just not like what's coming down the pike for the unredeemed.
There will be many redeemed in the 1st half of the 7 yrs, but at the price of their own lives, for having waited; those are the saints under the altar beheaded for their faith, about whom John speaks, in Revelation 5.

Don't you know have you not heard that God will not be mocked. Jesus is the king of Kings and Lord of Lords and he does rule in the affairs of men. If Jesus is concerned about a sparrow falling how much more important are people. Jesus said (who was a Jew by the way) that salvation does not come from the Gentile Church, but the Gospel (salvation) comes from the Jews. SDT, Jesus came to save the souls of the descendants of Adam who inherited his fallen state of sin and rebellion. Jesus desires that all men come to repentance and faith in Christ for His finished work on the cross where He shed His blood to cleanse us from our sin (sin offering of the unblemished lamb) and paid the price for our sin in our place, death. So we don't have to die in sin and he rose from the dead, so that we may rise with Him who have faith in Him. For by His grace we are saved through faith in the finished work of Christ on the cross not our own works.
For you to suggest that John P was saying even demons can be saved is ludicrous. Jesus came to save the fallen descendants of Adam not demons. This Bible 101 stuff. In context Paul (as Part of Paul's Gospel) in vs 8-12 Paul clearly shares his gospel and when Paul writes all who call on the name of the lord will be saved, it's a declaration of repentance and faith in Paul's gospel.

During President Trump's term when he and the little N.KO tyrant were waging a war of words, it was revealed that N. Korea had two satellites in orbits that overflew the US. America is not Mystery Babylon the city that sits on many waters. That city comes in on the back of the Beast (the anti-christ, his prophet and the false system itself). The AC after killing of the two witnesses after 42 months of trying, becomes so prideful, he destroys her himself Rev 18 and then sit in the temple and declares himself God. The world loved mystery Babylon and mourns her loss and then the rebellion begins in a war that leads to Armageddon.

So far as I understand prophecies, there's no real mention of America, or anyone from the west, related to the battle to come at Har Megiddo, unless we are counted among "the islands of the seas". The path for the "kings of the east" (China, et al), to be there is already being prepared, however. The Euphrates is drying up to provide it, just as prophesied. I suspect the US' last serious showing will be the Eekiel war that's already starting, to all appearances.
Daniel 7 and 11 as well as Rev talk about the final battle Armageddon, the powers are like the kings of the east north west and south. God did this so the mystery of when this would happen would stay that way. Jesus said in Matt 24 "as you see these things happen then you will know. We need to watch and pray. To many theologians have tried to say, ah look we have this all figured out (spiritual pride) if we take scripture as it is, what is describes is clearly far beyond any point in history and that is what it was meant to do, and point us to a time of the end of this age, the end of History as we know it.

Sandra, please consider. But first, I am not a dispensationalist. Therefore, what I am going to say will require some thought, but please don’t dismiss it out of hand. Dispensationalism is not the only line of eschatological thought.
We know a beast, prophetically speaking, represents a nation or kingdom (Daniel 7:17). In chapter 7 of his book, Daniel sees four beasts coming out of the sea of humanity (Is. 57:20; Rev. 17:15) whipped by the winds of strife (Is. 17:13; Hosea 8:7).
These four kingdoms are Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece, and Rome. Daniel 2 highlights the same kingdoms but uses metals. In the feet of the metal man of chapter 2 are clay and iron. So the iron of Rome continues, but it is mixed with clay.
What does clay represent? Isaiah 64:8 tells us:

So, the clay represents God’s people. But the clay mentioned in Daniel 2 is “miry” or adulterated. It is not pure clay. What entity today, which has existed for over a thousand years, is made up of a mixture iron (state) and clay (church)? The head of this organization was taken into exile in 1798 and had ruled Europe during the Dark Ages with an iron fist.

The first beast of Revelation 13, the sea beast which arose from the masses of Europe, is this mixture of church and state. The next beast, which rises out of the earth, comes up around the same time the first beast receives its deadly wound.
What nation was birthed around 1798? The answer is clear--The United States. This country will make an image, or replicate the behavior of the first beast, demonstrated during the Dark Ages.
The history of the book of Revelation was not pushed into the future to unfold after “the rapture of the Church.” It has been unfolding since the days of the apostles. It is the continuation of the story told in the Old Testament, through the Gospels, and on to the end. The church has always been persecuted and so will God’s people be in the coming future. We will all be here until the Second Coming of the Savior.

One problem with all of that in Rev 13 is that beast subdues all the nations and no one can make war against him (world peace) “Who is like the beast? Who can wage war against it?”. And it was given authority over every tribe, people, language and nation. One of the heads of the beast seemed to have had a fatal wound, but the fatal wound had been healed. The whole world was filled with wonder and followed the beast and worshiped him (as God). "All inhabitants of the earth will worship the beast"-(as the God of Heaven). (None of this has ever happened in history). He only has power for 42 months (the same time Jesus was on earth). Clearly this has not happened yet no one in history matches this. To understand scripture you must read it in context.
You were on a roll,' til you tied the US in on a real stretch. The US was "born" officially in 1776; even our Constitution was in place and operation a decade before 1798; that's closer to the Napoleonic empire than the US. for beginning, in the wake of the French Revolution and reign of terror under Robespierre. But the main thing to keep in mind, from the Bible and every sound Biblical scholar I've ever come across, is that the ME is the center of it all, with Jerusalem the "bullseye". Yes, the Catholic church, specifically the Jesuits and their black pope. But stretching history and scripture both to fit the US into that just doesn't work. We were never part of the old Roman Empire, but France sure was, and the man of sin (perdition, aka anti-Christ) is to come from that empire, which, again leaves the US out. Some believe that the US fits Mystery Babylon, the whore riding the beast, and that is, at least remotely, possible, but even it's a stretch, with the economic centers actually being in Europe, specifically, the old Roman Empire, with the possible exception of the Bank of London, but who might fit the whore a bit better too.
We cannot be here, else the anti-Christ cannot rise; it's the Holy Spirit restraining his appearance as that person, and since He resides in every redeemed person, we must be moved out of the way for the 70th week of yrs to unfold. The Revelation has been unfolding but only the 1st 3 chapters regarding the Church on Earth. There's an excellent teaching video about this called "Before the Wrath", that you can get through Amazon or Vudu, which clarifies much of the confusion over this, based on Jesus' own teachings. There's another sound reason we are not to be here: the Church ( redeemed) are not appointed to wrath, what that 7 yrs is really all about, because we were judged at Cavalry, when Jesus took the penalty for us, and then we accepted that gift of redemption (being bought back) from our sins. It doesn't mean we get off scot free, we are having tribulation in the world now, just not like what's coming down the pike for the unredeemed.
There will be many redeemed in the 1st half of the 7 yrs, but at the price of their own lives, for having waited; those are the saints under the altar beheaded for their faith, about whom John speaks, in Revelation 5.
Both Daniel and Revelation had made little sense to Christians for nearly 2 millennia, because they were for our time in history.
Your view comes from dispensationalism/futurism. There is more than one eschatological view of prophecy. You should research Manuel Lacunza, Francisco Ribera, and Historicism.
