It's like Paul's instructions about speaking in tongues to the church, there must be someone to interpret if there is not, it does not edify the church and if a stranger comes in, he will think your all mad. If I use this to share the Gospel to an unbeliever and he says what does it mean, and the response is Jesus is coming back, and he says these are natural occurrences they happen all the time. There have Christians who have used somehting like this in the past that Jesus was coming now and it didn't happen. It's going to be very hard to get beyond that.
