The liberal left have a socialist, critical theory world view (like China). This is their plan to destroy our culture, society and morality and they are doing a great job. This is God's judgement on this nation, Christ is using them (China & Russia) to accomplish His purposes, we are reaping what we have sown and clearly prophecy said godlessness would get worse as we near the end of this age (may His will be done) 2 Tim 3. Christ is in the very midst of what is happening. God gave us this country with the hope of prosperity, freedoms and liberty and because we have failed like Israel failed, He is pulling His blessings from us (literally removing Lampstand) from His church in America and even the western world and it's nations.
We have made an idol of all these good gifts, (prosperity, liberty & freedom) we want and worship them more than the giver Himself. (We talk about fighting to defend liberty, freedom and the Constitution but we don't share or live the gospel as we should and tolerate false teachings).
Have we become like Lots wife and family, when the angels came and said judgement is coming to Sodom and Gomorrah-the good life there is over (literally the whole world now) it's time to get out, they dragged their feet and His wife longed for the good life they had there (the good ole days) and really didn't want to leave, and look what happened to her. They and she should of had a heart for not the past but for the future plans He had for Lot and His family (the promise land, a better place). This world is not my home, I'm foreigner in a foreign land, looking for a better kingdom (temple) not made by human hands, come Lord Jesus.
I disagree that our whole country is being punished because of the actions of a relatively small number of elites. Remember the story of Sodom and Gomorrah? Indeed, they have planned this for decades, starting with low level offices in government, they have now worked up to the presidency. Of course, our election process has devolved into a complete and utter sham. Their "rule over the rubble" scheme was working perfectly until people decided to pack up and move to red states. The other obstacle to their objective is the massive number of privately owned firearms. Do you think all of these mass shootings are a coincidence?
Will the good guys ride in on white horses and save us? Who knows? I do know that the majority of our fellow countrymen (and women) are God fearing, family loving patriots who don't deserve to be punished any more than Lot did. My God is a merciful God.
Biblically, no one is righteous no not one (i.e. everyone, you and me). Romans 3. Even as Christians we can only stand before the throne of grace because of the cloak of God's perfect righteousness He give us by grace through faith in the mercy of God's Gospel. Underneath that cloak of perfect righteousness that is not ours, is a person that cannot stand in God's perfect presence. So, everything in my Christian life that is good is by God's grace alone.
Who is us to be saved? That grace applies to His true Church not America or false believers. Remember when Jesus comes, He will judge all the nations and peoples, that includes the good ole USA because they all have been given over to the authority of the imitation substitute messiah who subdues all the nations (including the USA) everyone except the church run after the beast and embrace him as their savior not the true Jesus Rev 13.
So, is it the small number of elites that has caused and are responsible for what is going on in the streets? Read Romans 1:18-32. This is a prefect description of America today, the people.
Because of this Americans are leaving the church in droves, and those who have not, are filling the church with false teaching and others who fail to stop it.
And you're wondering if God is really judging America? God is not a respecter of persons or peoples. It's judgement, it's coming and it's going to get worse, this calls for the patient endurance of the saints even onto death. Read Rev 2:10-11, 12:11. Are you ready?
We must remember as Christians our goal is the coming kingdom of God. That kingdom has always existed as God has always existed. This world because of the fall has been separated from that kingdom because it's flawed. Everything we do even as Christians is flawed (not perfect). Thus, this nation and its Constitution are not perfect. It had a beginning, and it will have an end as the imperfect is swallowed up in perfection at the resurrection 1 Cor 13:10.
So what part of this Nation and its Constitution will be part of the coming kingdom of God?
