Jesus was asked by His disciples, what His second coming would look like, ...“Tell us” They said, “when will this happen, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?” Matt 24: 3.
Jesus said there will be false messiahs and false prophets', wars, famines and earthquakes.
Christians will be persecuted even unto death, thus causing many to abandon the faith and love grow cold. There will be false prophets (leading people to the substitute/imitation Messiah).
(This is the great falling away-apostacy/sifting of the Church), "but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved," (follows the two witnesses).
(And the Church will finish its task,) preach the Gospel to all nations., then the end comes.
(These false prophets) will lead the world to worship the imitation/substitute Messiah in the temple in Jerusalem to cause the "Abomination of Desolation."
Then it's gets so bad life on earth could end if those days are not cut short.
The Jesus says the key point,
"For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. See, I have told you ahead of time.
“So if anyone tells you, ‘There he is, out in the wilderness,’ do not go out; or, ‘Here he is, in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. Wherever there is a carcass, there the vultures will gather.
(Jesus is reiterating, don't listen to the false prophets, their signs and wonders- even raising from the dead will be so close to the real thing, even true believers might be tempted to run after the false imitation Massiah. (He will be like a very good counterfeit $100 bill very hard to tell the difference except for an expert).
So what does this have to do with Michael's article?
This final world empire as described above. Will not be what the 42 months of the imitation/substitute Messiah will look like.
Daniel 7 tells us he (the little horn) comes out of it and overthrows it by force. He will come as an angel of light, appears like a lamb (of God) performing signs and wonders just as Jesus did, but not from God. (It will really appear just like the Kingdom of God is coming).
No nominal Christian could or would ever believe. this final world empire as it is now, could ever be the coming kingdom of God. But when the man of sin comes it really will appear that way. Jesus said the one and only clue that this man is not Jesus' second coming is that Jesus said he comes in the clouds from the east to the west, this imitation false messiah just shows up as Jesus did the first time.
vs 26 “So if anyone tells you, ‘There he is, out in the wilderness,’ do not go out; or, ‘Here he is, in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.
This calls for a time to grow closer to the Lord, to know the truth fully, to have the Lord first in all things, because the greatest deception in history is unfolding and it's Satan plan and his target is you.
Guess Melinda wasn’t happy with the thought of her own kids being taught sex work as children? Obviously Bill’s ‘dinners with Epstein’ led him to the conclusion that sex with kids all fine and dandy for the elite. Especially useful when you need to be able blackmail someone in order to control them.
