If "They" are aware of patterns of weather - and "They" very much are well versed! - then "They" can take advantage of those, and use them to their advantage, as they do when a system begins in the eastern Atlantic and starts to move toward the Americas.

Allen is a commercial fisherman. He has fished all over the world, which is fascinating in itself, and he has worked on behalf of commercial fisherman's associations in D.C. speaking to congressmen. His videos are usually 6-25 minutes and he gets right to showing what is going on right now.
It is beyond infuriating that "They" are deliberately killing the oceans, the forests, fields, biota, and us using chemtrailing/atmospheric injections, NexGen Radar pulsing, HAARP, 5/6G towers and satellites. The State of TN passed laws several years ago against cloud seeding, or Con Trails, over Tennessee. How they would enforce that law, I am not sure, but something should be done. After the floods from Hurricane Helene, 8 months ago, and the devastating flooding, we all need to be aware if we live near any large rivers.
