We are a family of 6 living on much, much less. I’m not sure what “comfortably” is supposed to mean. We rent an apartment and our vehicles are 18 years old. My husband is a blue collar worker, and I homeschool the children. We’ve never missed a meal. The Lord provides for His children. I can’t even fathom 6 figures a year 😂
I've seen this article in multiple places, but I've never seen a reference to how a "comfortable" life is defined. It's like saying you need X amount of dollars to retire or 80% of your pre-retirement income per year, but that doesn't take into account factors such as having a paid off home, no expenses for children's college or children in general, moving to an area with a lower cost of living. etc. All of those apply to me and I'm very happily and yes, comfortably, living on much less than I earned each year.
Don't get me wrong, prices are high, and I would hate to be raising a family now. I just want to know what "comfortably" truly means in this survey.
Define comfortably. That interpretation is highly subjective. So, for a family of two, I need nearly $90k? We live on less than half that and do fairly well. True, inflation is an ugly fact but one can alter some habits and expenses to mitigate the damage it causes to your income.
My wife and I are retired. We live in a Georgia and can barely make ends meet. I’d like to leave the country. We could live much better in Mendoza, Argentina. Will Trump save the economy and make thing much better or will we still be poor?
A nearby grocery store is shutting it's doors on June 15th because they just can't make any money. That's in a very affluent suburb of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Anyone who still believes that the economy is flourishing is a darn fool.
TODAY'S EVER-ESCALATING DEBT AND INFLATION (impossible under a biblical government0 is 1 more of the 100s of 1000s of consequences of the whirlwind today's America is reaping thanks the wind sown by the 1787 cadre of Enlightenment and Masonic theistic rationalists (aka constitutional framers) when they rejected the Bible's moral law (including its economic and taxing statutes) as the law of the land:
"[B]ecause they have ... trespassed against my law ... they have sown the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind...." (Hosea 8:1, 7)
Today's America is reaping the inevitable ever-intensifying whirlwind resulting from the wind sown by the constitutional framers and fanned by today's hoodwinked Christians and patriots who have been bamboozled into believing today's whirlwind can be dissipated by appealing to the wind (the biblically seditious Constitution) responsible for spawning the whirlwind.

The central banks only power is it's ability to inflate.

The banks are swirling the bowl as we speak:

Silver went up nearly $2 on Friday. What will happen to the banks holding short squeezes on silver?
Why if inflation is high and interest rates will not be cut, did the Dow hut a record high on Friday?
It's all fake, phoney and false, that's why.
Near any big (liberal hell hole) city I think it would be more like $220k. Wife’s gotta have her new SUV, amiright?
