Well, I am surprised to read that about North Carolina resident Al Brown. I live in South Carolina, and many companies in my area are hiring. In fact, since the Covid pandemic started over 3 years ago, a lot of companies here have had "Now Hiring" signs at their places of business. It's still a problem though the pandemic has been over for a while now. There isn't a shortage of working age Americans, rather there's a shortage of working age Americans willing to work.

The real question is how and why so many working age Americans have just given up to the point the Govt no longer counts them. IN a small rural town there is a factory making chaises for trucks, that get shipped around the world. They have many job openings starting at $24.00 an hour with full benefits.

They can't find workers, they sent out a general mailing to all local residents that they have full time jobs now. how are all these people who are off the govt seeking work list is a question that no one can really answer because none of us have access to all the facts, if we did I think most every one would be really angry an or panic.
