Trump has cleared and released more classified files than any other president ever, about JFK and other stuff. He did not have to do that, and it would not have been a "cover up" if he had chosen not to do that.
So now, for some reason that none of us knows, he has decided not to release these. Whatever the reason, it is his prerogative. To call not releasing files a "cover up" is the height of stupidity. It infers some sort of crime on Trump's part. What is the crime? He does not have to de-classify or release anything if he does not want to. Biden could he released the files but he did not. Why isn't THAT a cover-up?
