For Paid Subscribers: "Little Egypt" Will Be At The Center Of The Giant "X" Over America That Will Be Completed By The Eclipse Of April 8th
The more research that I do about the Great American Eclipse of 2024, the more amazed I become. Honestly, I don’t understand why so few people are talking about this. Scientists are telling us that if you stood in just one place on Earth, on average you would get to experience a total solar eclipse once every 360 years. But now one location in the United States will get to experience two total solar eclipses just seven years apart. On April 8th, the Great American Eclipse of 2024 will finish the giant “X” over America that the Great American Eclipse of 2017 started. After April 8th, there will not be another total solar eclipse visible in the continental United States until August 23rd, 2044.
So if you ever wanted to see a total solar eclipse in person, this may be your last opportunity.
The path of the Great American Eclipse of 2017 touched 14 different U.S. states, and prior to that time no total solar eclipse had ever touched more states.
But now the Great American Eclipse of 2024 will establish a new record because it will touch 15 different U.S. states.
The path of the Great American Eclipse of 2024 will also cross over all three nations in North America. You would have to go back all the way to 664 AD in order to find the last time that the path of a total solar eclipse moved over all three land masses.
Of course the U.S., Canada and Mexico did not exist back then.
And a total solar eclipse will not cross over all three nations again until 2316.
As you can see, what we will witness on April 8th is going to be an extremely rare event.
