I think people are complacent right now, even with all that has been going on, because they don’t see the left (yet) as an existential threat. Maybe Charlie Kirk has caused some eyes to be opened. However, I don’t think people recognize that there is no target too small for these loonies to take a shot at or stab or beat down. If you’ve ever argued with someone on Facebook, you are a target. If you had a Trump yard sign or wore a MAGA hat, you are a target. And so on.
This really isn’t a joke anymore. These attacks are only going to get more frequent and more violent. It won’t cause the left to bat an eye that the only people who died today were illegals. Just fodder in the struggle. The more attacks happen, the more likely others will be to engage in them. It is on, sorry to say.
A thousand dollars is a lot of money, but spent wisely can be enough to provide basic protection for you and your family. Another thousand can provide basics and essentials if supply chains started getting disrupted. People don’t need some vague reason to prep. I will also point out my observations in Western Colorado of the public school educated Millennials and GenZs. They are too placated and dumb-down by their smart phones to get a grip on the soon-coming hyperinflation and ensuing bloody-civil-war. They know something is fundamentally wrong, but their generation lack the cognitive skills to take action. They are clueless. Just as planned by the globalists.
The Left is drunk with power. Most of it is their own pathology and overplaying their hand. But part of it is the passivity and cowardice of the Republican Party. Trump wouldn't put up with this, but the Republican leadership, like the Democrats, longs for a return to what they consider the good old days. The Republican Party leadership has been out of touch with its conservative base for over a decade and shows no interest in getting back in touch or representing them.
The current situation is like having your neighbor invade your house, kill your wife, children, and dog, and then go back outside and say they needed to do this because they disagreed with you politically and religiously. The local Soros DA says he will not prosecute, and the police stand by idly because they are encouraged to do so by the Left. The Right mumbles a few platitudes and then returns to the bar for another round. At the end of the day, the perpetrator says that he doesn't like raping women or killing children, but that you are Christian and politically conservative, so he will be compelled to do it again. No one will actually do anything to protect you. So what do you do?
Three guesses. The first two don't count. Stop listening to evil liars. They won't listen to or respect anything that you say. The left shows no guilt or remorse for what they are doing, so they will not only continue, but expand their slaughter of conservatives. The Republicans will tell conservatives not to do anything because any reaction to what the perpetrators are doing will anger the Democrats and reflect poorly on the honor and dignity of Congress. The Democratic rape, pillage, and plunder also reflects poorly on Congress, but the Republican leadership says "that is on them" and not our concern.
The only saving grace is that your fellow Christian neighbors are well-armed, well-trained, and well-motivated to defend themselves. Solutions have not and will not come through the system. So reasoning with the Left is perceived by them as weakness; expecting the media, academia, or the politicians to do it for us is futile and ignorant. Conservatives and the faithful need to recognize that they are in an increasingly warm civil war and counter the enemy with all the tools they have, not just in direct response to them or within the parameters set by them. Otherwise we need to resign ourselves to losing everything and having our families living in a saddened, poor and oppressed lives.
