I've been following my house value for a couple of years. We paid $85000 in 1988. Today Redfin says the house says we could get $338000. It has not changed in the last 6 months. But our house is 50 years old and we've had to do some work on it lately. I don't think we'd get that now.

So far 85% of prophecies have been fulfilled at 100% accuracy. The rest are likely to come in the next 7+ years. The antichrist spirit, famine, death, pestilences, war will all be converging in Rev. chap. 8 when the "Father" allows (THE) 7 trumpets & 7 bowls to be poured out to Rev. 19! Leigh Wojcicki
What about a 55+ ecovillage refuge that's offshore without being out of the country? a formidable expat alternative. Been working on this for a while. But there's no interest (not even my own family) - well, except from the big $$ guys who have global connections🤣. They totally love it
